Yes, we ship internationally using a tracked postal service. Depending on where you live, this usually takes 1-3 weeks to deliver. Duties may be applicable on receipt. The amount depends on the destination country and is decided by Customs authorities.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link upon dispatch of your order. Once our packages ship and you have a tracking number, they are no longer in our hands! Please contact the courier provider or your local post office with questions about your package or head to their tracking sites.

Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund.
In order to be processed, returned items must be unworn and still have the tags attached. Please write to us with your order number before sending the socks back so that we can process the return.

We will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase. If not ordered online through The Moja Club, a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the purchase date.
