What size should I order?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept net-banking and popular wallets like PayTM. We use CCavenue & Stripe to process payments.

Do you provide gift boxes or can I include notes with my order?

Yes, we do! Our pack of 6 comes in a specially designed gift-box. You can customize it and get one from here. Add a customized gift message at checkout and we will handwrite it with love and emojis and insert it into your package 🙂


How long does it take to receive my order?

Our processing takes 1-3 days. Shipping in India is 1-5 business days and 5-15 business days for all other countries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using a tracked postal service. Depending on where you live, this usually takes 1-3 weeks to deliver. Duties may be applicable on receipt. The amount depends on the destination country and is decided by Customs authorities.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link upon dispatch of your order. Once our packages ship and you have a tracking number, they are no longer in our hands! Please contact the courier provider or your local post office with questions about your package or head to their tracking sites.

How does your monthly sock subscription work?

Every month, subscribers receive a new pair of socks that they haven’t seen before. Switch your sock game to auto-pilot and prepare for the fun surprises!

Do I get to pick what I receive?

Subscribers receive a previously unseen design from our secret sock vault. They are unavailable anywhere else. So no, you don’t get to choose. But we’re pretty sure you’ll love what you get!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription easily through your account page.


What is your return policy?

Not happy with your socks?
Return it to us within 30 days, and we’ll give you a full refund.
In order to be processed, returned items must be unworn and still have the tags attached. Please write to us with your order number before sending the socks back so that we can process the return.

Note: Sales made with a discount code or during a promotion are final and not eligible for return. 


What is your warranty policy?

We will replace any items that have been deemed defective, as opposed to wear and tear, within 30 days of purchase. If not ordered online through The Moja Club, a receipt of purchase will be required to verify the purchase date.

The Moja Club is not responsible for tag removal damage.
